The Cottage was originally constructed by former owners of the land about 60 years ago. It has been moved from its original site, placed on a new foundation, and remodeled - keeping as much as possible the original materials and appearance. Its solid wood walls and paneled doors are enhanced with all new plumbing, electrical and the addition of central air conditioning.
